By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to use the platform.

If we publish a new version that requires re-acceptance, you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use the platform. If you decline, you may delete your account.

BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers provides technology and marketplace functionality. It merely facilitates connections between students and tutors. It is not a party to any tutoring agreement and is not responsible for tutoring quality, academic outcomes, conduct, attendance or payment arrangements.

BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of SAICA, any university or any employer.

Tutors are independent users acting in their own capacity, not employees, agents, representatives or partners of BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers. Tutor opinions are their own. BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers does not supervise tutors or sessions.

Tutors are solely responsible for lessons delivered, educational advice, conduct, communication, cancellations, pricing, tutoring quality, learning materials, and their own taxes, fees and agreements with students. Tutors must keep student information confidential and use it only for the lesson.

Profile information, professional status, rates and availability are supplied by the tutor. Rates shown are indicative rates set by the tutor. Tutors warrant that everything they publish is true and not misleading.

Students send tutoring requests to tutors. Any tutoring agreement exists directly between the student and the tutor. BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers does not guarantee that a tutor will be available at a particular time.

BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers does not collect, process, receive, hold, transfer, facilitate or guarantee payments between students, tutors or any other users or third parties. All payment arrangements are entered into directly between students and tutors, at their own risk.

Tutor subscription fees owed to BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers give access to platform features and visibility only. They do not guarantee enquiries, tutoring requests, income, profile visibility, ratings, tier upgrades or student engagements. Subscriptions run for 30-day periods and do not renew automatically.

BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers and tutors do not guarantee examination success, passes, academic improvement, qualification outcomes or university results.

Verification indicates only that certain documents were reviewed. BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or ongoing validity of information supplied by tutors.

Trust Score™ and tiers are based on student feedback and platform activity. They are not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.

Reviews reflect the opinions of users. BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers is not responsible for the accuracy of review content and may hide or remove reviews that break its rules, with a logged reason. We never rewrite a review.

You may not post false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful content, or misuse other users' information. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, false information or reputational risk, without refund except where the law requires. Suspended users keep access to data export and deletion.

Any communication conducted outside the platform, including WhatsApp, email, phone calls, physical meetings and external platforms, occurs entirely at the users' own risk. BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers is not responsible for it.

All trademarks, branding, logos, designs, functionality, content and software, including BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers™, BrightPath Tutor™, BrightPath Elite Tutor™ and Trust Score™, remain the property of [registered business name]. Tutors grant BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers a non-exclusive licence to display the profile content they publish while it is live on the platform.

BrightPath Tutoring Trailblazers is not responsible for academic performance, examination outcomes, tutoring quality, tutor conduct, payment disputes, off-platform communications or agreements between users. The platform is provided as available; we work to keep it secure and accurate but cannot promise it is free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
